Return Policy

Return Procedure

Boom Health shall assume that the User has accepted the items unconditionally unless a claim that an item is defective is made within four weeks from the date of delivery (a “Claim”). To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item purchased must be defective and unused and in the same condition as when it was received. If the User receives a defective item, please contact [add the contact]. The item must also be returned in its original packaging, along with any accessories, manuals, and documentation. Boom Health does not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact Boom Health for instructions on how to proceed. Boom Health shall provide a return address and any additional instructions or requirements for returning the item.

Upon receipt of the returned product, Boom Health shall have the item(s) fully examined and shall notify the User via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether he/she/they are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If the User is entitled to a replacement or refund, as determined by Boom Health in its sole discretion, Boom Health shall replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Return Procedure

All returns and exchanges will be handled based on the procedures of each seller on Boom Health. Each seller has their own specific policies regarding returns and exchanges, and Boom Health encourages its Users to review the policies of the seller he/she/they purchase from before initiating a return or exchange.


Certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange, such as perishable items. These exceptions will be clearly stated in the product description or checkout page.
