General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time an order is placed, Boom Health shall notify the User and refund the total amount of the order using the original method of payment.

Delivery Location

Items offered on Boom Health’s website are only available for delivery to United Arab Emirates

Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided once the order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of the order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, Boom Health shall make every effort to fulfill the order within fifteen (15) Business Days of the date of the order. “Business Days” means Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Damaged Items in Transport

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact Boom Health immediately at support@boomhealth.ae

Shipment Processing Time

All stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If an item is on back order, the User shall receive a notification from customer service within one (1) to two (2) Business Days of placing the order. If Boom Health is experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If Boom Health anticipates a significant delay in shipment of an order, Boom Health shall contact the User via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our shipping carrier is by Boom couriers or Boom contracted couriers. Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are out of our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of the order and the delivery method.

To return the item you purchased.

Refunds or exchanges do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by the User. The User is responsible for any loss or damage to items during shipment. Boom Health does not guarantee that it will receive the returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

International Shipping

Please note Boom Health only ships in the United Arab Emirates.
