How can I download the app?
You can download the app by clicking "Download" from your mobile device, or by vising the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
Are the doctors on Boom Health licensed and qualified?
Yes, all of Boom Health's doctors are licensed.
How do I book an online consultation with a doctor?
You can book a consultation from the app by selecting "Find Caregivers".
How do I access my appointment on Boom Application?
You can view and manage your bookings by selecting "Settings" from the navigation bar, then selecting "Order History". You can also view upcoming appointments or orders from the "Calendar" tab.
What are the payment options available on Boom Health?
A valid credit card is required for bookings or orders.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment?
You can cancel your appointment by contacting info@boomhealth.ae or calling 800 266 623.
Can your nurses escort patients travel outside the country for further treatment or procedures?
Unfortunately nurses booked through Boom Health can only assist within the country.
Is Boom available in my area?
Boom Health is available all of the United Arab Emirates.
